Kefir diet for 1 day
This means drinking a fermented milk drink for one day. During it, you need to drink up to 1. 5 liters of low-fat drink per day, dividing the required amount of liquid into 6 doses. In addition, you can and should drink pure mineral water up to 2 liters.

Kefir diet for 3 days
The second option involves drinking kefir for 3 days. This is one of the best types of fasting day necessary for the whole body. It is recommended to drink up to 1. 5 liters of kefir, divided into 5 doses.

When undergoing this diet, excess salt is cleansed and removed from the human body. During the diet, experts recommend avoiding too much physical activity in the gym.

This type of diet is one of the strict ones. That is why everyone involved in sports, dancing and professional fitness needs to give up or reduce their activities as much as possible.

If it is not possible to give up strong physical exercise for a while, then you need to give up this mono-diet and choose a more suitable, gentle and convenient diet option.

To protect your body from the harmful effects of such a dietary regime, you need to drink only a fresh drink. Fat content should be from 1 to 1. 5%.





Kefir diet with fruits or vegetables
The course lasts 5 days. It is recommended to drink up to 1. 5 liters of fermented milk product per day; in addition, fruits or vegetables that suit your taste are allowed.

Only 1 kg of your favorite vegetables or fruits is added to the diet. It is necessary to carefully introduce bananas and especially grapes into the diet of this diet, since these fruits have the highest sugar content.

Vegetables can be eaten raw, baked or boiled. Potatoes should be consumed with caution.

Curd-kefir diet
For people who follow proper nutrition, this type of diet will be a godsend. After all, you only need to use two very healthy products filled with calcium and beneficial microorganisms – kefir and cottage cheese.

The actual number of days spent on this diet is no more than 3. You need to drink up to 750 ml of kefir per day and eat up to 300 grams of cottage cheese, preferably low-fat. Divide into 6 meals.

Kefir-buckwheat diet
This type of diet involves two ingredients – kefir and buckwheat porridge. Buckwheat is not prepared as usual, but is poured with boiling water overnight and allowed to swell.

There is no need to cook buckwheat; it is also not recommended to add spices, salt and oil there. You need to divide it into 6 meals. Buckwheat porridge should be washed down with kefir, preferably 1%.

Noticeable changes can be observed after 3 days, which is how long it is recommended to maintain such a cleansing diet.

Kefir diet for 7 days
In this version of the diet, it is advisable to exclude the use of sugar and salt. It is recommended to reuse this diet no more than once a quarter. There should be 6 meals, divided into equal intervals.





Thanks to a seven-day kefir diet, you can lose up to minus 10 kilograms.

A sample menu looks like this:
1st: boil or bake potatoes – 4-5 medium ones + 1. 5 liters of kefir;
2nd: chicken breast, pre-boiled, divide 100g into 5-6 times + 1. 5 liters of kefir;

3rd: lean beef, boiled or steamed – 100 g + 1. 5 l of kefir;

4th: low-fat fish, boiled or steamed – 100 g + 1. 5 l of kefir;

5th: fruits (avoid ripe bananas and grapes), as well as vegetables (except potatoes). You can eat vegetables raw, or you can bake, steam, or boil them. In addition, you can make a variety of fruit salads;

6th: kefir 1. 5 l is allowed;

7th: non-carbonated pure mineral water, up to 2 liters.

Kefir diet: pros and cons
This type of diet in all its manifestations normalizes the acid-base balance, and also makes the stomach and intestinal tract as a whole work as they should.

The mono-diet on fermented milk products is designed for 3 days, this is exactly the time the body needs to get rid of waste and toxins, but the body itself will not have time to become depleted during this period.

The flaw that is inherent in the kefir diet is the chronic indigestibility of the milk protein – casein. In addition, there are side effects such as bloating and excessive gas formation.
