Days 4 and 10. In the morning – a drink from coffee beans, at lunch – a raw egg, three large boiled carrots and cheese (no more than 15 g) – you can make a salad from cheese and carrots, in the evening – fruit of your choice.

Days 5 and 9. In the morning – raw carrots (grated), sprinkled with lemon juice, at lunch – fried or boiled fish and a glass of tomato juice, in the evening – fruit of your choice.

Days 6 and 8. In the morning – coffee again, at lunch – a carrot or cabbage salad with poultry (preferably chicken, but without fat and skin), in the evening – a couple of boiled eggs and a salad (no more than 200 g) of raw carrots, sprinkled with lemon juice.

Day 7. In the morning – an unlimited amount of herbal drink or unsweetened green tea, at lunch – boiled beef (no more than 200 g), fruit, in the evening – to your taste, choose any dish from all other days (except the third).

All salads and other dishes can be seasoned with vegetable oil, but olive or sesame oil is recommended. It is better to boil eggs hard-boiled.
