Daily dinner should consist of cucumbers, herbs and olive oil. You can make a salad from the following ingredients:

Days 1-6 of the diet – alternation:
Cucumbers in any quantity and buckwheat (the ideal option would be to steam it overnight in the proportions of 250 g of cereal to 500 g of boiling water);
Over the course of a whole day, you can eat 1. 5 kg of cucumbers and 1. 5 liters of low-fat kefir. It is not so important in what way and in what sequence.

Days 7-14 of the diet:
In the morning: 200 g of buckwheat (preparation method described above) and 250 ml of kefir;
Then throughout the day you can eat cucumbers in any quantity and 1 liter of low-fat kefir.







American
With this diet, the result will be a weight loss of 7-9 kg. The foundation of this diet is the following products:
- unlimited cucumbers. You can eat it just like that, you can make salads using either low-fat yogurt or kefir as a dressing (2 tbsp per 0. 5 kg). You can make smoothies with the addition of apples and herbs;
- 2 large potatoes.
- optionally: either 2 boiled eggs and 150 g of fish canned in its own juice, or 150 g of boiled chicken fillet;
- half a kilogram of apples.

All of the above products can be consumed in any order. It is imperative to drink at least 1. 5 liters of water.

Regardless of the chosen method and diet, it is important to remember that all methods of combating this kind can lead to health problems. Therefore, the best option for losing weight with the help of cucumbers would be to use weekly fasting days according to any of the above options.
