Apply the mask to the face with light massaging movements and massage for 2-5 minutes. Leave it on your face for another 10-15 minutes. Wash off with warm water. 3. Relaxing body wrap. For this we need: 20 ml of olive/linseed oil, 3 drops of juniper oil, 3 drops of lemon oil and also 3 drops of lavender oil. First of all, you need to thoroughly mix juniper, lemon and lavender oils together. Then add this mixture to olive/linseed oil and mix thoroughly. Apply the finished mixture to the body, wrap it in film and put on warm clothes. Leave for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer. This mask has a relaxing effect, gives elasticity to the skin and normalizes blood circulation, in addition, it is also a great way to cheer yourself up!
