Sometimes you have to eat foods that do not evoke positive emotions and do not bring joy to eating. Eating immediately turns into hard labor.
No matter what a person does, no matter how much he strives to reduce weight to at least 1 kg, it is all to no avail.

Modern nutritionists have proposed an alternative solution to this issue: a fruit diet for weight loss.

How to lose weight correctly
A fruit diet is relevant at the height of the fruit picking season, since it is at this moment that they are rich in minerals, vitamins and microelements. There are a number of compositional advantages here:
- Iron. Strengthens the defenses of the human body as a whole, reduces cholesterol levels in the blood and normalizes blood pressure. It is found in nectarines, mangoes, papaya, and peaches.
- Calcium is found more in dried fruits. Hair, nails and teeth will look much more beautiful, acquiring a natural color and naturalness.
- Ascorbic acid is found in maximum quantities in oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. It is a natural antioxidant and immune system booster.
- Berries normalize the nervous and digestive systems.
- Bananas, grapes and apples activate brain activity.
- The liquid found in all sweet treats stimulates the elimination of toxins and water balance, which has a beneficial effect on weight loss.





With a rational approach, a fruit diet helps you lose weight to minus 10 kg in seven days. At first glance, this seems unrealistic, but after a couple of days of following the regime, the result is visible to the naked eye. But that’s not all.

Vegetable garden crops also help to reduce extra pounds. Let’s not forget about them. And the combination or ratio of fruits and vegetables will speed up and really surprise those who have lost weight.

A fruit and vegetable diet will cope with fatigue and the body will always be in a great mood. They contain plant fiber and beta-carotene, which fills the stomach, creates a feeling of fullness, helps bring the gastrointestinal tract function to the required level, and removes toxins.

The transition to this diet should be smooth and careful. We eat as usual, but replace snacks between main meals with fruits and berries.





We categorically exclude foods that are harmful to health: chips, fast food, semi-finished products, smoked meats, baked goods, pasta, sauces, marinades, sweets, various drinks (alcohol, carbonated water, coffee, juices in original packaging), tobacco products.

To balance your diet, you should create a simple menu for a fruit diet. It can also be combined with combination products:
- Berries.
- Greens, vegetables, mushrooms.
- Non-starchy grains.
- Whole grain bread. And if it’s not too dry, it will be even better.
- Non-fat fillet of beef and poultry.
- Low-fat sea and river fish and seafood.
- Eggs.
- Low-calorie fermented milk products (kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt, cottage cheese).
- Water, herbal tea, fresh juice.

A monofruit diet is eating one or two fruits or berries. You need to eat about 2 kg per day, dividing it into 6 snacks and drinking up to 1 liter of water. It is the most stringent, but the results of the diet are impressive: up to 4 kg in 3 days.

But it is not recommended to sit in this mode all the time, as you may get side effects. It is better to use it in your diet as a fasting day 2 times a week. This will be more comfortable for the body.





A mixed diet for a week of fruits has a larger selection of assortments. Here you can combine up to three fruits per day (apples + citrus + banana), alternating (1 – apple, 2 – citrus, 3 – peach).

It is useful to add assorted fruits to your diet, using the mixture in the form of salads and purees. Drink again in the form of plain water, herbal teas up to 2 – 3 liters per day. Duration – a week.

Fruit diet for a week (approximate composition). It can be completely different, taking into account the preferences of the person losing weight:
Breakfast. A mixture of two types of berries with the addition of 1 tbsp. l. low calorie sour cream. We wash it down with one glass of green tea and fresh juice. You can eat a piece of rye bread + 100 ml of low-calorie yogurt (allowed).

During lunch, you can eat cauliflower soup, celery branches and cheese. Cook the vegetables, grind through a blender, add cheese. You can additionally use 100 grams. Boiled chicken fillet, 100 grams of fruit and 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed juice.





Snack. You can make a salad of grated carrots with an apple and a sprinkle of lemon juice.

Dinner. Salad of any vegetables, dressed with low-calorie yogurt + fresh juice.
