You should be especially careful when choosing a diet if you have food intolerances. It’s best to consult a doctor first to avoid harming yourself. Also, avoid this diet if you’re pregnant.

It’s also very important to get yourself in the right frame of mind before starting. Don’t think you’ll starve yourself.

Kefir Diet
This is a very easy diet, but quite strict. You can follow it for 1-3 days. You should drink 1. 5 liters of low-fat kefir and 1. 5 liters of water.

This diet is considered a cleansing one. It removes toxins and stagnant fluid from the body. Therefore, it can have a laxative effect. It’s best to stay home during the diet to avoid problems with the laxative effect. The diet shouldn’t be followed for more than 3 days, as on the 4th day, the body begins to excrete beneficial salts and nutrients. Their loss can negatively impact well-being.

Kefir-Cucumber Diet

This is a variation of the previous diet. During the day, you also consume 1. 5 liters of low-fat kefir, 1. 5 liters of water, and 1. 5 kg of cucumbers.
This diet can be followed for up to 6 days. During these days, you will lose up to 6 kg. A very effective diet for weight loss at home.



Buckwheat Diet

Probably the most well-known diet. It is renowned for its simplicity and effectiveness. Buckwheat is rich in beneficial micro- and macronutrients, is low in calories, and is hypoallergenic.
The essence of the buckwheat diet is as follows. During the entire diet you eat only buckwheat. You can eat it as much as you like, just don’t season it with oil or salt.

It helps remove toxins and waste from the body, and due to its low calorie content, burns fat mass.

This is the most effective diet; you can lose up to 6 kg in a week.



Diet of models
the most restrictive diet of all. Its duration is 3 days. The daily diet consists of 1 boiled egg and 300 grams of low-fat cottage cheese. All this must be eaten before 17. 00. Then, if you get hungry, you can only drink a glass of water with lemon.
Thanks to this diet, you can lose 3–4 kg.
juice diet
consists of drinking only freshly squeezed citrus juices. During the day you need to drink three glasses of juice. It is better to prepare juices before eating.
Sweeteners and water should not be added to juices. This cleansing diet will help you lose up to 5 kg.



Duration – 3 days.

Soup diet

Very comfortable, as it involves unlimited consumption of soups. They satisfy hunger very well and give a feeling of fullness. The only thing is that soups should be vegetable, without potatoes, fried and almost without salt.
This diet lasts a week and allows you to comfortably lose up to 7 kg.

No carbohydrate diet

The most effective diet for losing weight by 10 kg in just two weeks. It operates on this principle.
Carbohydrates are the main source of energy. When we reduce the consumption of carbohydrates, and the body does not have enough of them for all energy costs, it begins to use its fat reserves as an energy source.



The easiest and most effective diet for beginners

Her menu can be quite varied. Here are some examples:

Eat 250 grams of lean meat per day, 500 ml of vegetable juice, preferably freshly squeezed, 2 cups of unsweetened green tea.
2 example:

Daily serving: 350 grams of lean meat, 250 grams of fresh vegetables, 1 cup of rosehip infusion and 1 cup of unsweetened green tea.
3 example:

During the day we eat – 200 grams of fish, ? grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, 300 grams of salad, 50 grams of ham, 1 glass of grapefruit juice, 1 cup of coffee without sugar or 2 cups of green tea.
Pumpkin diet

Consists of eating pumpkin pulp and seeds. It is designed for 12 days, during which you will lose up to 8 kg. Pumpkin needs to be boiled or steamed. You can make different dishes from it (for example, salads, casseroles, pureed soups) and add other vegetables to it.
However, the amount of pumpkin should be 70%. It is advisable not to add salt, spices and oil.

The diet involves split meals – 5 times a day and drinking plenty of water.
