Wear cotton gloves for best results. It’s best to do this at night; the oil will be absorbed by the morning and will cause absolutely no discomfort.
This very simple and hassle-free recipe will make your nails strong and healthy. All you need to do is cut a lemon and soak your fingers in the pulp for 5 minutes. Then, of course, rinse your hands under running water and then moisturize.
This recipe is perfect for housewives with their own garden. To restore nails, rub them with the juice of sour berries, such as cranberries, currants, and others. Of course, every housewife has gelatin in her kitchen. It’s an excellent solution for this problem if you dissolve it in warm liquid and soak your hands in the solution for 30 minutes. Just remember to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
It’s worth noting that it’s safer to wear gloves when doing household chores to protect your hands and nails from detergents. You can also remember to eat a healthy diet.
